Lynx Pinot Noir 2017

Our maiden vintage of this wine. It was always the Cellarmaster's dream to have his own Pinot Noir and this is it. A lighter style Pinot with all the characters you expect to find in a Pinot: dark cherries, raspberries, medium tannin, and good acidity.

Golden Lynx 2017 Dessert Wine (375ml)

Our maiden vintage of this dessert wine made 100% from the Viognier grape. Picked very ripe and the fermentation then stopped, the wine is fruit driven with just the right balance between sweetness and acidity. Ideal with soft cheeses.
